摘要
通过对中小型民营科技企业现状的分析 ,客观地确立了中小型民营科技企业发展策略 ,进而从资本股份化、技术创新化、产业规模化等方面提出了有针对性的策略措施。
In this paper, the author analyses the status of Private Science and Technology Corporation of Middle and Small Type, and objectively establishes the development strategy of Private Science and Technology Corporation of Middle and Small Type. In view of exiting situation, the author puts forward the countermeasures with regard to the system of capital shares, creative technology, industry scale etc.
