摘要
目的 探讨恶性肿瘤患者外周血细胞中TNF -α和IFN -γ的表达规律。方法 用流式细胞仪对恶性肿瘤患者外周血细胞的TNF -α和IFN -γ的表达率进行了检测和分析。结果 恶性肿瘤患者 (未化疗者 )外周血细胞的TNF -α和IFN -γ的表达率和正常对照组相比无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。肿瘤化疗者的外周血细胞的TNF -α和IFN -γ表达率显著高于尚未化疗者 (P <0 0 1)。肿瘤转移者血细胞的TNF -α和IFN -γ的表达率均显著低于肿瘤未转移者 (P <0 0 1)。结论 恶性肿瘤未能引起患者外周血细胞中细胞因子含量的明显变化 ;化疗可导致患者血细胞的细胞因子表达水平明显升高 ;肿瘤转移能使患者血细胞的细胞因子表达水平明显降低。这为肿瘤化疗机制提供了新的解释 。
Objective .To study the expression regularity of cytokine in peripheral blood cells from patients with malignant carcinoma.Methods The expression rates of TNF-α(+)and IFN-γ(+)cells in peripheral blood cells of 121 patients with malignant carcinomas were measured and analyzed by flow cytometry.Results The expression rates of TNF-α(+)and IFN-γ(+)cells in peripheral blood cells of patients with malignant carcinomas (non-chemopherapy) were not more significant changed than those of normal control groups(P>0.05).The expression rates of TNF-α(+)and IFN-γ(+)cells of patients with chemotherapy were higher than those of patients with non-chemopherapy (P<0.01).The expression rates of TNF-α(+)and IFN-γ(+)cells of patients with metastasis were lower than those of patients with non-metastasis (P<0.01).Conclusion Malignant tumor may not induce significant changes of the expression level of cytokine in peripheral blood cells for patients with malignant tumor.The tumor chemopherapy may lead to significant increase of the expression rate of cytokine in peripheral blood cells from patients with malignant carcinoma.The tumor metastasis may lead to significant decrease of the expression level of cytokine in peripheral blood cells for patients with malignant carcinoma.The results provided new explanation for chemopherapy mechanism.These results provided new basis for the determination of malignant degree of tumor and prognosis of patients with malignant carcinoma.
