摘要
新世纪高校地位和职能的变化,带来了其办学理念的变化。本文认为,育人理念的转变着重于提升教师的育人思想,强化“导”的意识,实施创新教育;科研理念和转变主要表现为高校科研更加与社会需要相结合,与培养人才相结合,更加重视合作;学习理念的转变则体现在终身学习和创造性学习观念的确立。
In the new century, With changes in the social position and functions of institution of higher learning the ideas of running School, have changde. The article holds that the transformation of education ideas should be focusedon the promotion of teacher' s educating ideas, the importance of guiding role and the implement of bringing new ideas to education. The main manifestation of the changes in scientific research in high schools is the closer combination of research and the demands of society and talents - cultivating and more emphasis on corporation, The expression of transformation in learning ideas is to emphasize the ideas of lifelong and creative leaming.
