摘要
变传统的、局限于“传道、授业、解惑”的教师为创新的、能够适应甚至引导社会变化和改善的先行者,一直是人类在新世纪为教师确立的目标。快速发展的教育新技术必然要求传统的教师与之相适应,新世纪的教师应是掌握创新的教育观念和方法、充分和有效地运用各种教育新技术的教育行家。
College teachers' role is transformed from the traditional role as the persons who impart truth and knowledge and answer questions to the ideal one in the new century as the forerunners who adapt to or even steer social change. While the role of traditional teachers is replaced by the rapidly-developed educational technology, the college teachers in the new century are required to be equipped with the renovated teaching theory and methods and various educational technologies.
