摘要
目的 :提高肝胆管结石疗效。方法 :对我院1995年10月至2001年10月间术后用纤维胆道镜治疗肝胆管残余结石65例作回顾性分析。结果 :取尽结石60例(92 2 %) ,5例残石未取尽(7 8%)。结论 :在肝胆管结石症的外科治疗中 。
Objective:To improve the curative effect of hepatobiliary lithiasis.M et hods:To review and analysis 65 cases with retained .Hepatobiliary gallstones aft er the hepatobiliary operation,and observe the curative effect of the choledocho fiberscope.Results:60 cases(92 2%)had been cured,5 cases still have some retai ned hepatobiliary gallstones.Conclusions:The application of choledochofiberscope is a very effective cure for hepatobiliary lithiasis.
