摘要 随着市场竞争环境的加剧 ,全球越来越多的企业都在借助跨职能团队这种灵活的组织形式来解决企业所面临的新问题。企业在实践中发现 ,有效地对团队成员进行选拔和配置是团队取得高绩效的关键 ,而应用素质模型进行团队成员的选拔与配置是一个有效的方法 ,同时也是一个新的研究领域。本文首先概述了国内外有关团队绩效与跨职能团队成员配置方面的研究 ,论证了素质模型的意义及其在团队成员选拔与配置中的重要性。并在实践的基础上 ,总结了运用基于角色—业绩矩阵的素质模型进行跨职能团队成员选拔与配置的技术与方法 。 With the intense of competition environment,more and more enterprises need cross-functional teams to solve the new problems that they are facing.Research found that effective selection and staffing of team members is the most important factors of leading high-performance team.While Such approach like competency model is more likely to be successful and very effective in selection team members based on research and applications,and also a new research field in the world.First,This paper illustrates all the research results on the relation between team performance and selection in cross-functional teams in recent years.It addresses the meaning and importance of competency model.Based on empirical research,this paper focuses on the methodology and skill in selection and staffing team members using competency model to cross-functional teams,as a reference framework for staffing team members.
