三株拮抗细菌对水仙叶大褐斑病的拮抗机理 被引量:8

摘要 平板纸片法和液体混合培养法测定了三株拮抗细菌对水仙叶大褐斑病原菌的拮抗作用,其中菌株CS51和CS121显示出对病原菌的生长有明显抑制作用。试验证实菌株CS121在限铁条件下能产生嗜铁素。平板法和离体叶片法证明含该嗜铁素的培养上清液能有效抑制病原菌菌丝的生长,并能保护叶片减少侵染。遗传双标记回收法证实,菌株CS5、CS51和CS121均能在水仙根系成功定殖,CS5和CS51的定殖能力明显优于CS121。 Bacterial strains CS5 and CS121 were demonstrated to inhibit g rowth of Stagonospora curtisii significantly by testing in plate and liquid culture. Mechanism study showed that CS121 could produce siderophores in iron limited conditions, and supernatant of its liquid culture could suppress the dev elopment of leaf spot disease in detached Narcissus tazetta leaves. Recover y of strains marked genetically with kanamycin and rifamycin resistances indicat ed that CS5, CS51 and CS121 could colonize the root system of Narcissus tazett a.
