生物防治水仙叶大褐斑病拮抗菌株的鉴定 被引量:1

摘要 从福建漳州九湖乡水仙大田水仙根际分离并筛选到对水仙叶大褐斑病有明显拮抗作用的菌株 CS5、CS5 1、CS1 2 1。通过个体形态、培养特征、生理生化特性研究 ,将它们分别鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌 ( CS5 )、蜡质芽孢杆菌 ( CS5 1 )、荧光假单孢菌 ( CS1 2 1 )。3株细菌的 DNA G+ C摩尔百分比分别为 43.7%、39.1 %和 6 6 .8%。 Three isolates antagonistic to Stagonospora curtisii on Narcissus sp.were isolated and selected from fields of Zhangzhou Jiuhu.The morphology, cultivation,physiology,biochemistry and DNA base compositions of these isolates were tested foridentification.CS5wascharacterized as Bacillussubtilis, CS51as B.cereus and CS12 1as Pseudomonas fluorescens. Their DNA base compositions were43.7% ,39.1% and66.8% respectively.
