摘要
目的 对过敏康Ⅱ号胶囊治疗男性免疫性不育进行了研究 ,并对其作用机制进行了初步探讨。方法 对NIH雄鼠采用主动免疫法建立血清抗精子抗体 (AsAb)阳性动物模型 ,分别选用醋酸泼尼松以及具有益气固表、凉血消风作用的过敏康Ⅱ号胶囊 ,于建模的同时灌胃给药 ,观察药物对NIH雄鼠血清AsAb的影响。结果 过敏康Ⅱ号 3个剂量组血清AsAb吸光值均明显低于模型组 (P<0 0 1)。结论 过敏康Ⅱ号胶囊确有抑制AsAb产生的作用 。
Objective To investigate the effects of Guominkang Capsules No.2 (GC-2) on male immune infertility and to initially study the mechanism of the effects of GC-2. Methods NIH male mouse was used to establish the antisperm antibody (AsAb)-positive model by active immunity method. Prednisone acetate and GC-2 were intragastrically given to the mice during the establishment of the model, respectively, to observe the effects of the two drugs on the serum AsAb in the mice. Results The serum AsAb absorption values measured in the mice in all the three groups with different GC-2 doses were remarkably lower than that measured in the mice in the model group (P<0.01). Conclusion GC-2 can inhibit the production of AsAb. The results of the experiment provide evidence for using GC-2 to treat AsAb-positive immune infertility.
