摘要
目的探讨慢性肺源性心脏病合并消化性溃疡的原因,为早期防治提供依据。方法回顾了1998年1月至2005年1月8年间共236例慢性肺源性心脏病患者的病历,对已经作了胃镜检查,提示有确切消化性溃疡病变的病人的病史、临床表现、用药、治疗措施以及其他辅助检查的结果进行了分析。结果236例中有68例作了胃镜检查,36例提示有活动期消化性溃疡病变,其发病率为15.25%,检出率为52.94%。36例中胃溃疡22例,十二指肠溃疡14例,临床上均缺乏消化性溃疡的典型表现。结论慢性肺心脏病容易合并消化性溃疡,且临床表现不典型,应该早期防范与处理。
Objective To investigate the causes of peptic ulcer complicated in chronic cor pulmornary, laying the basis for prevention and treatment of this complication.Methods Medical records of 236 patients with chronic cor pulmornary treated from Jan. 1998 to Jan. 2005 were retrospectively reviewed. Medical history, clinical manifestation, auxiliary examination, medications and treatment of patients with peptic ulcer confirmed by gstroscopy were analysed.Results Gstroscopy was performed in 68 patients, active peptic ulcers were discovered in 36 patients, the detection rate was 52.94%. Of which gastric ulcers were found in 22 patients and duodenal ulcers were found in 14patients. Clinically, all the patients lacked classic symptoms of peptic ulcer.Conclusion Patients with chronic cor pulmornary are frequently complicated by peptic ulcer , with atypical clinical presentations. Early prevention and treatment are needed.
