摘要
当今世界中分子生物学技术已开始在食品领域中得到广泛运用 ,并以转基因食品的形式出现。转基因食品在改善食品品质的同时 ,其安全性也引起了人们的质疑 ,并产生了与其相关的伦理问题。本文就转基因食品及其伦理问题加以探讨 ,并提出一些对策。
Nowdays, the technique of molecular biology has been widespreadly used in the food field.It appread in the form of genetically modified food.Transgenic food has improved our food quality,but its safety was queried by people.The anthor discussed the ethical problem of transgenic food and advanced some countermeasures.
