摘要
围绕成就动机的概念、成就动机是否为一种稳定的人格特质以及成就动机与人格之间的关系等问题展开探讨,可以发现成就动机既具有特质性成分,同时又受情境的影响;成就动机是环境影响通过人格因素这一中介变量而形成的,而已经发展起来的成就动机反过来又会影响人格特点和行为表现方式。
This paper discusses the concept of achievement and whether it is a stable personality trait as well as the relationship between achievement motivation and personality. It comes to the conclusion that achievement motivation has its trait elements, at the same time, it is influenced by contexts. Achievement motivation is formed by environment by means of the intermediary of personality factors, and developed achievement motivation will influence personality features and ways of behavior.
