摘要
基于压电材料的特点,总结分析了换能型、谐振型、声表面波型和超声波型四类压电传感器的工作原理、技术特点和设计要点,说明了目前这些压电传感器在国内外的应用情况,指明了压电传感器的四大发展趋势。
Based on the characteristics of piezoelectric materials, this paper summarizes and analyzes the principles technical characteristics and design points of four types piezoelectric sensors, which are sorted into energy conversion,syntony,SAW(Surface Acoustic Wave) and ultrasonic. And it points out the application status in the world at present, indicates that the piezoelectric sensors have many unique good-qualities determined by its own characteristics.become the pop direction of sensor's technique research and development.In the end four developing trends of piezoelectric sensors are pointed out.
