摘要
使用微电子技术构建了微石英晶体阵列芯片,并研究了相关的硬件。检测了压电基因传感芯片在气相和液相中的稳定性。实验中,频率稳定,在气相中可达到±2 Hz,液相中达到±4 Hz。可以得出,压电基因传感芯片达到了实际应用要求。
We not only make full use of microelectronic technology to integrate array chips with microquartz crystal, but also study the relevant hardwares. We have tested the satbility of frequency in gases and liquids. The experiment shows that the frequency stability can reach ±2 Hz in gases and ±4 Hz in liquids after observation for a long time. We can come to a conclusion that piezolectectric genosensor chip have achieved the practicality.
