摘要
针对近年来不断增多的著作权纠纷,阐述了提高科技期刊编辑法律责任意识的重要性,详细论述了在编辑实践中,期刊编辑如何加强责任心,严格遵守《著作权法》等相关的法律、法规,维护本刊声誉,保护作者的权益,从而促进社会主义文化和科学事业的发展与繁荣。
Aimed at increasing disputes about copyright in recent years , this article expounds the importance which sci - tech periodical editors should heighten their awareness of legal responsibility. It also discusses how periodical editors enhance their service responsibility in practice , strictly abide by the laws and regulations related copyright and so on, and at the same time, safeguard their periodical reputations and protect the authors' right. Therefore, the cultural and scientific development and prosperity in our country will be enhanced.
