摘要
研究了以玉米淀粉为基材 ,与丙烯腈进行接枝共聚 ,经水解制得弱阴离子型絮凝剂 ,并进一步羟甲基化和磺化 ,合成了强阴离子型天然高分子改性絮凝剂。最佳反应条件为 :接枝反应 :硝酸铈铵浓度 5mmol/L ,m(淀粉 )∶m(丙烯腈 ) =1∶1.8,35℃ ,2h ,接枝率 12 0 .7% ,接枝效率 90 .6 % ;水解反应 :加碱量 8% 10 % ,pH 12 .5 ,2h ;羟甲基化 :pH 10 11,30 35℃ ,2h ;磺化 :pH 10 12 ,5 0 5 5℃ ,2h。产物对印染和造纸污水的浓度和COD去除率优于HPAM。
The starch was grafted with acrylonitrile by graft copolymerization, and a strong anionic flocculant was synthsized by hydrolysis, hydroxymethylation and sulfonation subsequantly. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: graft polymerization: c (ammonium cerium nitrate)= 5 mmol/L, m (starch)∶ m (acrylonitrile)=1∶1.8, 35 ℃, 2 h,graft rate 120.7%, graft efficiency 90.6%; hydrolysis: w (alkali)=8%10%, pH 12.5, 2 h; hydroxymethylation:pH 1011, 3035 ℃, 2 h; sulfonation: pH 1012, 5055 ℃, 2 h. The turbidity and COD removal rate of this product for dyeing factory and paper mill waste water is better than that of HPAM.
