摘要
在钻井过程中,钻铤螺纹容易产生疲劳裂纹,最终导致连接失效。文章介绍了采用小角度直探头超声探伤法检测钻铤螺纹处可能存在的疲劳裂纹,预防井下钻具事故的发生。
The endurance crack is apt to be produced in collar thread during drilling, which eventually results in the connection failure. This paper introduces that the endurance crack which exists in collar thread by using smallangle straight probe and ultrasonic inspection, in order to effectively prevent drilling string accidence from happening in bottom hole.
