摘要 复杂工件的超声波检测,一直以来都是业内比较头痛的事情。主要是其反射面复杂,反射波较多,缺陷波难以判断,特别是有些缺陷波混杂在工件界面反射波中,难以区分。因此在过去对于复杂工件探伤时都要经验丰富、水平较高的探伤人员才能胜任,这大大限制了探伤行业的发展。随着科技的发展,相控阵技术的应用为探伤行业在检测复杂工件的方向上提供了很好的指引,它显示直观,判断准确,大大降低了探伤的难度,特别是在一些界面复杂工件的探伤中,其直观显示的优势更能充分的展示。 Ultrasonic testing of complex work pieces has always been a headache for the nondestructive testing. The main reason is that the reflector is complex, the more reflected waves, and the defect wave is hard to be judged, and especially, some defect waves are difficult to distinguish between the reflected waves in the work piece interface. Therefore, in the past, experienced and high-level inspecting personnel could be competent for detecting complex work piece, which had greatly restricted the development of the flaw detection industry. With the development of science and technology, the application of phased array technology has provided good guidance for the detection in the direction of detecting complex work piece. It shows intuitive and accurate judgment, which can greatly reduce the difficulty of detection, and especially in the detection of some complicated interface pieces, the advantages of visual display can be more fully displayed.
