逆行皮肤脱套伤动物模型的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的为临床吻合浅静脉治疗手掌部皮肤逆行脱套伤寻找科学依据。方法选择新西兰白兔16只为实验模型,将其双后肢随机分为试验侧和对照侧,A组为实验组,B组为对照组;A、B两组动物双后肢均形成3押1的脱套皮肤,以踝关节为蒂,其中实验侧吻合两条回流静脉,对照侧原位缝合。术后通过大体观察、皮肤组织活检及皮肤成活面积统计3种方法观察皮瓣成活情况。结果两侧脱套皮肤成活面积经行配对资料的t检验,二者存在统计学差异;试验侧脱套皮肤在各项成活指标方面均强于对照侧。结论吻合静脉治疗皮肤逆行脱套伤,其成活面积大于原位缝合;通过吻合浅静脉治疗皮肤逆行脱套伤,其静脉血的回流维持了皮肤低营养,促使皮瓣成活面积和成活质量均明显提高;该实验结果对临床手掌部皮肤逆行脱套伤的治疗开辟了一条较为理想的治疗途径。 Objective T o evaluate the treatment of avulsion injury of palmar skin.Methods We regarded 16New Zealand white rabbits as experimental model.The prosterior limbs of the rabbits were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,group A is experimental;group B is control.3:1distal-based-avulsion skin was made in the animals of group A and B respectively.Two veins were anastomosised in expe rimental side.As control another side was just sutured back to the original sit e.The survival condition was evaluated based on observation,pathological exami nation and survival area calculating.Results The survival condited of experimen tal group skin was better than that of in control group,which based on these de tection methods,t=7.140>t 0.01(11) ,P<0.01.Conclusion Venous-blood-flow is very important to avulsion skin,which can augment the quality and survival area of avulsion skin.This the rapy open up a path of treatment to the avulsion injury of palmar skin in clinic al practice.
