催化裂化汽油醚化工艺的应用开发 被引量:6

摘要 采用上流式膨胀床反应器 ,以大孔径强酸性阳离子交换树脂作为催化剂 ,将催化裂化汽油中的 75℃以下轻馏分经吸附剂吸附出碱性氮化物和二烯烃后 ,加入甲醇进行醚化 ,其研究法辛烷值提高了 2~ 3个单位 ,烯烃含量降低了 10~ 15个百分点 ,并使其含氧化合物增加 ,有利于减少燃烧后CO ,NOx,SO2 的排放量。有利于炼油厂生产高辛烷值、低蒸气压、低烯烃、低芳烃和高氧的清洁环保汽油。从装置运转情况看 ,催化剂寿命可达 80 0 0h以上。 Basic nitrides and dienes in the light fraction below 75℃ of FCC gasoline were adsorbed by adsorbent, then the light fraction was etherified by methanol in the up flow swelling bed reactor taking the strong acid cation exchange resin with large pore size as catalyst. RON of FCC gasoline has increased by 2~3 units and olefin content decreased by 10~15 percent points. Increasing oxide compound in the light fraction helps reduce the CO, NO X and SO 2 discharge in burning and produce clean gasoline with high octane number and oxygen content, meanwhile the steam pressure, olefin and aromatic content in the gasoline has been decreased. Judged by the running of unit, catalyst life can reach more than 8 000 hours.
