摘要
阐述了南充炼油化工总厂引进美国CDTECH公司催化蒸馏加氢、催化蒸馏醚化及LYONDELL公司C5烯烃异构化组合工艺技术建成的0.16 Mt/a催化汽油醚化装置在用能设计、操作控制上的改进,在保证设计转化率的前提下,装置能耗降低到1.87 GJ/t,较设计能耗2.383 GJ/t(其中醚化装置2.35 GJ/t,PSA制氢33 MJ/t)低0.513 GJ/t。
The improvement of energy usage design and operation control for 3 720 b/d FCC naphtha etherification unit is expounded. Catalytic distillation hydrogenation technique & catalytic distillation etherification technique of American CDTECH Company and C5 olefin isomerization technique of LYONDELL Company are combinationally adopted in the unit. Energy consumption of the unit is decreased to 1.87 GJ/t with the same conversion yield, which is 0. 513 GJ/t less than the designed energy consumption 2. 383GJ/t ( etherification unit is 2.35 GJ/t and PSA hydrogen plant is 33 MJ/t).
