氯乙酸间歇生产过程中结晶工序控制方案的建模分析

摘要 针对某厂新建的间歇式氯乙酸生产车间结晶工序所使用的预热水罐,通过简要分析得知其控制回路具有耦合性较大和系统易波动的缺点.本文通过建立数学模型,证明将其更换为体积较大的预热水槽,再对预热水槽水位进行恒值控制,可以达到降低系统耦合度,优化系统设计的目的. A preheating pot was adopted in the control scheme for the crystallization procedure of MAC's interval producing process in a factory,which had the shortcomings of more coupling degree and easily rolling in the control loop by simple analysis.In this article,a bigger preheating tank in volume was put forward to change the old based on mathematic model,and constant value control on the water level was put up in the tank.Then the purpose of degrading the coupling degree was achieved,and the control system was also optimized.
