摘要
本文通过建模分析的方法 ,针对某厂新建的间歇式氯乙酸生产车间结晶工序使用的预热水罐 ,证明若将其更换为预热水槽 ,再对预热水槽水位进行恒值控制 ,可以达到降低系统耦合度 。
By means of modeling and Analysis,this article proves that if the preheating can used for the crystallization procedure of the MCA ,s interval manufacture process in a factory is replaced by a preheating tank,and if the water heigt of the preheating tank is kept constant by control,the coupling degree of the system will decline,and the control system can be optimized.
