蛋白和硬度是小麦两项重要的品质指标。经实验验证,近红外仪测定小麦蛋白与硬度具有很好的精密度和准确度,可以替代常规实验室方法,且具有测定速度快、效率高的优点,能够很好地为农业和粮食部门服务。
The protein and hardness are very important quality index of the wheat .It is clarified that the precision and accuracy of the wheat protein and hardness is higher by NIR.This method can replace the normal analysis method ,and this method has merit of quick test and high efficiency.It can serve the agriculcure and grain department .
