摘要
利用近红外仪测定油料及粕中蛋白质、脂肪和水分，同常规实验室分析法对照比较，得到较为一致的结果，该方法可以替代常规实验室方法。
In this paper through the contrasting on the test of Protein,Oil,Moisture in oil seed and meal between the NIR and the normal analyze method of the lab, We can conclude that the result is similar;We also can draw a conclude that the test way by the NIR can come instead the normal method.
