摘要
以茭白果肉和水稻茎作为食料,研究了二化螟茭白种群的生长发育和繁殖情况。结果表明,茭白上的二化螟幼虫总历期、卵历期显著短于水稻上的二化螟,其成虫寿命、幼虫存活率、化蛹率均显著高于水稻上二化螟,而高龄幼虫历期、蛹历期、成虫羽化率、产卵量和卵孵化率在两种食料上无显著差异。茭白或水稻二化螟蛹和成虫的大小均以雌性个体显著大于雄性个体,取食茭白的二化螟蛹和成虫显著大于取食水稻的个体。茭白上二化螟雌、雄性比为1∶0.8636,水稻上为1∶0.9375。
The results showed that larval duration and egg duration of Chilo suppressalis (SSB) on Jiaobai,Zizania caduciflora,were significantly shorter than those of SSB on rice.Adult longevity,larval survival and pupation of SSB on Jiaobai were greater as compared with these on rice.There were no obvious differences in highinstar larval and pupal duration,adult emergence,egg number,and egg hatchability of SSB between Jiaobai and rice.SSB female pupa and adult had an obvious larger body size than SSB male ones on both Jiaobai and rice,however,these SSB on Jiaobai possessed larger body size than those SSB on rice.Ratio of SSB female to male was 1∶0.8636,1∶0.9375 on Jiaobai and rice,respectively.
