摘要
利用超声辅助技术提取红豆杉针叶中的黄酮类化合物,并利用HPLC法进行定性定量分析。结果表明,当乙醇体积分数为65%,液料比为15∶1,提取时间为45 min时,总黄酮的提取率最高;红豆杉针叶中的黄酮类化合物以苷类为主,尤其是槲皮素苷类。
The flavonoids in needles of Taxus Mairei were extracted by ultrasonic assisted technology. HPLC was used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of these flavonoids. The results showed that when 65% ethanol was used for 45 min of extraction under 15:1 of liquid-solid ratio, the total flavonoids extraction rate was the highest. The major flavonoids in needles of Taxus Mairei were glycosides, especially quercetin glycosides.
