栽培曼地亚红豆杉针叶化学成分的分离与鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 目的对栽培于辽宁本溪的曼地亚红豆杉(Taxus media‘Hicksii’)针叶的化学成分进行研究。方法曼地亚红豆杉针叶的乙醇提取物经大孔树脂、硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,依据1H-NMR、13C-NMR、ESI-MS、HRESI-MS鉴定其结构。结果从曼地亚红豆杉针叶的乙醇提取物中分离纯化得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为二萜类化合物:5-cinnamoyl-9-acetyltaxicin-I(1)、5-cinnamoyl-10-acetyltaxicin-I(2)、5-去桂皮酰基紫杉宁J(3)、紫杉醇(4);黄酮类化合物:柚皮素(5);脂肪酸类:十六烷酸(6)。结论化合物1、2、5和6为首次从曼地亚红豆杉中分离得到。 Objective To investigate chemical constituents from the needles of Taxus media growing in Liaoning province of China. Methods The needles of the plant were extracted with ethanol;the ethanol extract was submitted to chromatography on silica gel column, ODS and Sephadex LH-20 for the isolation. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis. Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as 5-cinnamoyl-9-acetyltaxicin-I ( 1 ), 5-cinnamoyl-10-acetyltaxicin-I ( 2 ), 5-decinnamoyltaxinine J (3), taxol (4), nadngenin ( 5 ), hexadecanoic acid ( 6 ). Conclusions Compounds 1,2,5 and 6 are isolated from Taxus media‘Hicksii'.
