摘要
在分析目前中国大多数企业的实际状况的基础上,设计出基于客户机/服务器(C/S)模式的通用人事管理系统,实现了数据快速录入、模糊查询、统计报表、数据图表分析等多方面的功能,使企业人事管理工作更具有科学性、规范性和高效性。
Based on an analysis of the actual conditions of most Chinese enterprises, a general personnel managing system on the pattern is designed. Many functions including fast input of data, fuzzy inquiring, statistical reporting and diagram analyzing are realized. The system can make the personnel management of the enterprise more scientific, more standardized and more efficient.
