摘要
本文分析了目前高校人事管理信息系统的现状和存在的问题,结合高校人事信息管理的实际情况和业务流程,设计了基于校园网的高校人事管理信息系统。提出了C/S和B/S相结合的设计模式,阐述了人事系统的设计思路、系统框架和技术实现,实现了高校人事信息科学化、规范化、系统化和自动化管理。
The status and problems of personnel management information systems in college are described in this paper.The Personnel Management Information System of college is designed based on the campus network and the personnel management situation is also considered.The C/S and B/S combining mode is proposed in this paper and the design thinking, system framework and implement technology are also described.The application of personnel management system in college can make the management work more scientific and standardized because of the automated management.
