摘要
企业的竞争实质上就是人才的竞争 ,实施有效的人力资源管理是所有企业面临的问题。针对施工企业 ,首先分析了其人力资源的特点 ,进而指出存在的问题 。
The competition among the enterprises actually is the competition of human resource. How to apply the effective human resource management is a critical problem for all enterprise. Focusing on construction enterprises, this article analyzed the feature of human resource of a construction enterprise and then brought up several suggestions on how to enforce the human resource management of construction enterprises.
