摘要
企业的竞争实质上就是人才的竞争,实施有效的人力资源管理是所有企业面临的问题。针对施工企业,首先分析了其人力资源的特点,进而指出存在的问题,最后提出了施工企业如何加强人力资源管理的若干建议。
The competitions of enterprises are talent' competition in fact it is the problem that enterprises face to implement effective manpower resources management.To the construction enterprise,have analysed the characteristic of its human resources at first,and then point out the existing problem,proposed finally how the construction enterprise strengthens severalsuggestions of manpower resources management.
