摘要
文章通过分析目前科学事业单位货物自行采购管理的现状和存在的问题,根据调查研究,提出3种管理模式,经过对这3种模式的比较分析,得出最为适宜科学事业单位发展的自行采购模式,从而提高财政资金使用效率,促进科研试验的顺利进行,为国家科研任务的出色完成提供坚实的保证。
This paper analyzed the current situation and the existing problems of goods self-procurement management in scientific institutions.According to the results of investigation and study,three kinds of management patterns were put forward and comparatively analyzed,and then the most suitable self-procurement mode for the development of scientific institutions was proposed,for the aim of improving the use efficiency of financial funds,promoting the smooth implementation of the scientific research,and providing a solid guarantee for the national scientific research tasks.
