摘要
采购工作为工程项目建设提供物质基础,采购规划影响着项目的合同管理、实施进度、成本控制等诸多重要问题,是项目管理中十分重要的环节。本文运用项目采购管理理论,以广州市轨道交通五号线工程为实例,对项目的采购工作分解、合同类型选择进行了分析和研究,总结出不同采购需求和目标情况下,如何择优选择合同类型。
Purchasing works bring in the material for the constructions, which has strong influence on the contract management, implementation progress, cost control and so on. It is a major part in the project management. This article is about using the theory of purchasing management, using Guangzhou metro line 5 as the example, analysis and research in decomposition of the purchasing, contract selection. All be analyzing and researching to conclude solution in choosing the best contract for different purchase demands and goals.
