摘要
分析检测氟环唑30%悬浮刺在水稻中的残留消解动态以及最终残留量,为制定氟环唑在水稻上的合理使用提供科学依据。建立了经乙腈提取,上清液经分散固相萃取净化,过膜后,采用液相色谱-串联质谱联用仪检测氟环唑残留的方法。得出氟环唑在水稻中的半衰期为2.62d。氟环唑在距离施药21d采样的植株样品中的残留量均<0.41mg/kg;氟环唑在距离施药21d采样的糙米样品中的残留量均<0.43mg/kg;氟环唑在距离施药21d采样的糙米样品中的残留量均<0.49mg/kg。
Epoxiconazole 30% SC residue dynamic was detected and analyzed to provide scientific guideline for the safe application of Epoxiconazole in rice. The analysis method, in which the samples were extracted by acetonitrile, and the supernatant was purified by Dispersive Solid Phase Extraction and then determined by UPLC-MS/MS was established. The half-life of Epoxiconazolein rice was found to be 2.62 days. The final residue of Epoxiconazole was less than 0.41mg/kg in rice plant and less than 0.43mg/kg in rice seed and less than 0.49mg/kg in rice husk.
