摘要
采用HPLC-MS/MS建立一种同时检测32%肟菌·咪鲜胺水乳剂中有效成分含量的分析方法。采用Poroshell 120 EC-C_(18)色谱柱和MSD检测器,以甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,对试样中的肟菌酯和咪鲜胺进行分离和定量测定。该分析方法中肟菌酯和咪鲜胺线性相关系数分别为0.9991和0.9996,变异系数分别为0.66%和0.57%,平均回收率分别为101.01%、100.50%。该分析方法操作简单、快速准确,是检测32%肟菌·咪鲜胺水乳剂中有效成分含量的理想方法。
The analytical method for determining trifloxystrobin and prochloraz in the product trifloxystrobin·prochloraz 32%EW was established by HPLC-MS/MS.The separation and determination of trifloxystrobin and prochloraz were conducted with Poroshell 120 EC-C_(18) column and MSD,methanol and 0.1%formic acid aqueous solution as the mobile phase for gradient elution.In this analytical method,the linear correlation coefficients of trifloxystrobin and prochloraz were 0.9991 and 0.9996,the coefficients of variation were 0.66%and 0.57%,and the average recoveries were 101.01%and 100.50%,respectively.This method is an ideal method for the determination of trifloxystrobin·prochloraz 32%EW with the characteristics of simpleness,fastness and accuracy.
