摘要
提高肉鸡供给体系的质量是肉鸡产业供给侧结构性改革的重要方面。本文基于2004—2017年30省份肉鸡生产数据,将质量作为一个潜变量看待,构建质量成本函数模型,对我国肉鸡质量成本弹性及质量进行测算,并针对不同年份、品种进行对比分析。结果显示:在现有生产水平条件下,我国肉鸡质量成本弹性和产量成本弹性均小于1,提高肉鸡质量和产出数量是规模经济的,肉鸡生产者愿意也有足够的动力去提高肉鸡质量;规模化养殖水平能够提高肉鸡质量,大规模养殖质量高于中规模和小规模;黄羽肉鸡质量高于白羽肉鸡质量,饲料、人力投入等是影响肉鸡质量的重要因素。
Improving the quality of the supply system of broiler industry is an important aspect in the supply-side structural reform of broiler industry.Based on the production data of 30 provinces from 2004 to 2017,this paper treats broiler quality as a latent variable,and constructs a quality cost function model,to measure the quality cost elasticity and quality of China’s broiler chickens.In addition,this paper conducts a comparative analysis of the quality cost elasticity and quality of broiler chickens in different years,provinces and varieties.The results show that,under the current production level,both the quality cost elasticity and the output cost elasticity of broiler chickens in China are less than 1,so it is economies of scale to improve the quality and output quantity of broiler chickens.Broiler producers are willing and have sufficient motivation to improve the quality of broiler chickens.Large-scale breeding can improve the quality of broiler chickens.The quality of large-scale breeding is higher than that of medium-sized ones,which is higher than that of small-scale ones.The quality of yellow-feather broiler is higher than that of whitefeather broiler.Fodder and labor input are important factors affecting the quality of broilers.
