摘要
为提高平顶山丘陵地区的花生收获质量及效率,设计了一种结构简单、破土及碎土性能良好的花生收获挖掘铲,并对其主要参数进行优化分析。分析结果:vm=0. 64 m/s,δ=120°,l=0. 45 m,h=0. 2 m,b=0. 5 m,θ=15°。研究结论为提高花生收获质量及效率奠定理论基础。
A digger of peanut harvesting with a simple structure and good properties of soil breaking was designed,in order to improve quality and efficiency of peanut harvesting in hilly area of Pingdingshan.Main parameters were optimized and analyzed.Analysis result was that vm=0.64 m/s,δ=120°,l=0.45 m,h=0.2 m,b=0.5 m,andθ=15°.The analysis would provide theoretical foundation for improving quality and efficiency of peanut harvest.
