摘要 4H-2型花生收获机是作者根据中国花生的种植与生长特点自行研制的一种新型的花生收获机械。该收获机突破了以往机型挖掘铲与分离链相配合的传统工作方式,创建了摆动挖掘原理将挖掘与分离两大机构融为一体,实现了将花生的挖掘和除土依次完成;收获部件首次利用反平行四边形机构传动,实现了两工作部件的等角度、反方向摆动,使机架承受的侧向力相互平行,机组工作平稳;收获部件摆动前进,工作阻力小。其主要技术特点是功耗小、效率高、收获损失少、地下无残膜。整机结构紧凑,性能可靠,造价低,调整使用方便。该收获机已获国家专利(专利号:ZL01221476.0),2003年和2004年分别荣获第七届山东省专利成果金奖和山东省科技进步二等奖。论述和分析了4H-2型花生收获机的组成、工作原理及主要部件的设计;同时建立了主要工作部件的运动学模型。在结构最优化的基础上,利用VB编程和SPSS软件描绘出了工作部件的代表性轨迹;并简述了4H-2型花生收获机的性能特点,为今后同类型花生收获机的研究提供了理论基础。 The structure, working principle and design of main parts of the 4H-2 type peanut harvester were described and analyzed, and the kinematics model of the main work parts was founded. On the basis of the optimized structure, the representative tracks of the work parts were described by means of Visual Basic and SPSS software and the machine function characteristics. The theoretical foundation has been provided for further study of this kind of machines.
