摘要
仿形机构是小区育种试验播种机的重要组成部分,对于提高播种机播种深度的稳定性和一致性具有重要作用。研究仿形机构的类型及工作原理,对限深轮仿形机构的结构特点、工作原理和仿形量等参数进行分析,设计出一种适用于育种试验播种的限深轮仿形机构,降低育种试验的误差,提高育种试验的准确性。
Profiling mechanism is an important part of plot seeder. It plays an important role on improving the stability of sowing depth and consistency. Types and working principle of profiling mechanism were studied. Structure characteristics,working principle and size parameters etc of the depth limit wheel of profiling mechanism were analyzed. A suitable limiting wheel profiling mechanism of plot seeder was designed in order to reduce error of breeding test and improve accuracy of breeding test data.
