摘要
鞍钢新1号高炉采用带固定受料斗的串罐无料钟炉顶,在固定受料斗的顶部增设了分配器,有效地解决了炉料偏析问题。受料斗有效容积70 m^3,称量罐有效容积70 m^3,布料溜槽长度4.0 m,溜槽旋转速度8 r/min,倾动速度0～1.6°/s,正常炉顶温度150～250℃,炉顶设计压力为0.28 MPa。
Series type bell-less top with fixed receiving hopper was adopted on Anshan Steel's No. 1 BF, segregation problem of burden distribution may be solved by adding a distributor at the top of receiving hopper.
