摘要
对三种类型的并罐无料钟炉顶形式的结构特点进行了比较分析,得出四罐无料钟炉顶能够实现多料种装料、分级入炉布料等方式,具有偏析小、调剂手段灵活、设备互换性强、可在线修复等诸多优点,更适合则代大型高炉采用分级入炉工艺的冶炼要求。
By comparing the design features of three types of bell - less tops with parallel hoppers, the author points that bell less top with four hoppers will allow charge of different incoming materials and charge in size - classified manner. Such furnace top features small segregation of burden, flexible regulation and high interchangeability of equipment. The equipment can be repaired on - line and is more suitable for smelting process of modern large sized blast furnace with burden charged according to size grading Repairing.
