宁夏监测点居民营养与健康状况调查分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解宁夏监测点居民营养与健康状况。方法 2010-2011在宁夏监测点青铜峡市和海原县开展了居民营养与健康状况调查,共调查991户2 459名居民,内容包括询问调查、医学体检、实验室检测和膳食调查。结果城、乡居民粮谷类每日人均消费分别为355.51 g和326.40 g,蔬菜为129.79 g和117.94 g,新鲜水果为91.14 g和67.38 g,动物性食物为87.96 g和61.30 g,油脂为33.72 g和44.62 g,食盐为7.90 g和8.73 g,奶及其制品为22.79 g和6.05 g,钙摄入量为203.64 mg和170.54 mg,维生素A摄入量为189.43μg和156.35μg,总能量摄入为1 591.56 kcal和1798.75 kcal;15岁以上人群高血压病患病率为20.94%,城乡比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);15岁以上人群糖尿病患病率为2.85%,18岁以上人群肥胖率为10.96%,城乡比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);18岁以上人群超重率为33.18%,城乡比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宁夏监测点居民营养状况有较大改善,但是膳食结构不尽合理,与城市相比,农村膳食结构不合理现象更为突出;高血压病、糖尿病、肥胖和超重等营养相关性慢性病患病率较高,高血压病、肥胖、超重患病率随着年龄增高而增高,且存在城乡差异。 Objective To understand the status of nutrition and health of residents in Ningxia monitoring points in order to provide a scientific basis for formulating strategies and measure to improvethe residents ’ nutrition and chronic disease prevention.Method The nutrition and health survey were conducted in the medium- sized city and poor rural county including Qingtongxia and Haiyuan,respectively during 2010 to 2011. A total of 2 459 residents were surveyed and the detail information of residents were obtained by training investigator,using a structured questionnaire,medical examination,laboratory tests and dietary survey. Results Consumption of Cereal grains in urban and rural residents were 355. 51 g / day and 326. 40 g / day,respectively. Furthermore,according to daily per capita consumption of urban and rural residents,vegetables were 129. 79 g and 117. 9 4g,fresh fruit were 91. 14 g and 67. 38 g,animal food were 87. 96 g and 61. 30 g,grease were 33. 72 g and 44. 62 g,salt were 7. 90 g and 8. 73 g,milk and dairy were 22. 79 g and 6. 05 g,calcium intake were 203. 64 mg and 170. 54 mg,vitamin A intake were 156. 35 μg and 189. 43 μg,total energy intake were 1 591. 56 kcal and 1798. 75 kcal,respectively. The prevalence of hypertension and diabetes were 20. 94% and 2. 85% in residents over the age of 15.The prevalence of obesity and overweight were 10. 96% and 33. 18% in residents over the age of 18. The significant difference between urban and rural area were detected in the prevalence of hypertension( P < 0. 05),obesity( P < 0. 05) and overweight( P < 0. 05). While the significant difference between meal and female were not detected in the prevalence of hypertension( P > 0. 05),obesity( P > 0. 05)and overweight( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Nutritional status of residents were greatly improved in Ningxia monitoring points,while the dietary structure was not reasonable.
