摘要
目的 分析眼外伤的原因、致伤物的种类及眼外伤的临床表现。方法 对1996年1月至2000年12月5年间眼外伤236例进行了统计学分析。根据外伤的种类不同,采取相应的治疗措施。结果 治疗后视力≥0.6者119例154眼,无一例发生交感性眼炎。结论 及时就诊,给予手术修复及药物治疗,保存眼球及恢复一定视力。如果改善劳动安全防护,加强安全和防护知识教育,大多数眼外伤是可以避免的。
Objective To analysis the causes, classfication and clinical symptoms of eye injuries. Methods 236 inpatients with eye injuries were analyzed . Different treatments were used according to classfication of the injury. Results 119 patients (154 eyes) got visual acuity > 0.6 after surgical treatment. No sympathetic ophtalmia occurred. Conclusions The patients go to hospital early is important for prevention and treatment of eye injuries.
