摘要
本文以数控凸轮磨床为研究对象,针对凹面凸轮磨床复合磨削加工过程中,小砂轮磨削力不稳定的问题进行研究。文中采用了模糊PID的控制方式以提高其加工精度,并建立了凸轮磨削力的数学模型,在MATLAB中进行仿真分析。结果表明:模糊PID控制方式比传统PID控制更能够实现小砂轮磨削力的良好控制。
Taking CNC CAM grinding machine as the research object, this paper studies the problem that is unstable grinding force of small grinding wheel in compound grinding process of concave cam grinder. In this paper, the fuzzy PID control method is adopted to improve the machining accuracy, and the mathematical model of cam grinding force is established, which is simulated and analyzed in MATLAB. The results show that the fuzzy PID control method can achieve better grinding force control than the traditional PID control method.
