摘要
R参数编程是西门子数控系统为用户提供的一种柔性化编程方法,文章以凸轮曲线加工为例,阐述了R参数编程在非圆曲线加工中的应用,简化了手工编程的复杂计算问题,有效地提高了NC代码编程效率,并且简化了数控程序,通过VERICUT软件仿真验证,成功解决了凸轮曲线的加工。
Programming with R parameter is a kind flexible method which is offered by SINUMERIK CNC system. This paper takes the cam curve machining for example. The application of R parameter in cam curve machining was introduced in this paper. Simplifies the complex calculation problem of manual programming.Improve the efficiency of NC code programming effectively,and simplification NC programming. By the simulation of VERICUT software,and successfully solves the processing of the cam curve.
