摘要
介绍了一种活塞销噪声,对异响发动机进行了振动测试,通过角度域分析的手段,确定了该噪声为活塞销敲击噪声,通过改善润滑,在不减小配合间隙的情况下消除了该噪声。
A piston pin noise was introduced in this paper, vibration test was done on the noisy engine,the noise was confirmed as a piston-pin knocking noise by using angle domain analysis, the noise was removed by improving lubrication without reducing clearance.
