摘要
汽车发动机在台架试验过程中因异响停机,检查发现减振皮带轮螺栓脱落。针对这一问题进行分析,确认正时皮带轮端面与曲轴肩接触面之间存在传递摩擦力矩不足的情况,导致减振皮带轮螺栓脱落。通过对正时皮带轮端面增加激光刻蚀,使正时皮带轮端面与曲轴肩接触面之间传递摩擦力矩满足要求。整改后,汽车发动机台架试验过程中不再发生减振皮带轮螺栓脱落问题。
The car engine stopped due to abnormal noise during the bench test, and the inspection found that the bolt of vibration damping pulley fell off.To analyze this problem, it was confirmed that there was insufficient friction torque transmitted between the end face of the timing pulley and the contact surface of the crankshaft shoulder, which caused the bolt of vibration damping pulley to fall off.By adding laser etching to the end face of the timing pulley, the friction torque transmitted between the end face of the timing pulley and the contact surface of the crankshaft shoulder can meet the requirement.After the rectification, the failure of the falling off of the bolt of vibration damping pulley no longer occurs during the bench test of the car engine.
