摘要
超精密加工技术是衡量国家科学技术水平的重要标志之一。本文从超精密加工机床、超精密加工刀具、被加工材料、超精密测量、超精密加工环境等方面,分析了影响超精加工精度的因素及产生的原因。
Super - finishing technology is one of important signs to measure science and technology level. Based on super - finishing machine, super - finishing tool, the material to be finished, super - finishing measurement and super -finishing environment, the paper discusses the factors which affect super - finishing and the corresponding causes.
