摘要
大尺寸薄铝板在加工过程中容易变形,因此无法满足使用要求,为了解决330mm×330mm×10mm薄铝板的高表面粗糙度和面型精度要求,文章介绍了采用单点金刚石飞切机床,进行了大尺寸薄铝板件的超精密切削工艺技术研究,探索了装卡方式和切削深度对表面粗糙度和面型的影响,优化切削工艺参数,实现了330mm×330mm×10mm大尺寸薄铝板件的加工精度要求。
Manufacturing of large size thin aluminum plates with a high accuracy is very difficult due to dis- tortion in machining process. In this paper, some preliminary experimental investigations for high-precisely manufacturing a large size thin aluminum plates (330mm in length, 330mm in width and 10ram in thickness) were performed by utilizing a single-point diamond fly-cutting machine. Based on the experimental results, the effects of alternate clamping methods and cutting depths on surface roughness and surface figure accuracy were studied. The required machining accuracies were reached with the evaluated optimum values of the processing parameters.
